I’m a musician/band/publicist looking to submit new music. What do I do?
Great! We’d love to hear from you. And if you can provide us with some basic information and assets upfront, it will make our job easier and keep us from having to track you down later in the process. Please submit as much of the following as you possibly can:
– a link or file to stream/download your submission
– a bio/one-sheet
– a hi-res press photo
– the release date of your music
All submissions should be sent to submissions@immersiveatlanta.com
I’m a musician/band/publicist looking to premiere a new track or video. What do I do?
Premieres are set up on a case by case basis. Please send all inquiries to our managing editor, Guillermo Castro. In addition, please note the following: premieres require lead time. Do not ask us to turn around an article in a day or two as it dilutes the quality of the content. Also, do not post your song or video publicly ahead of our post as it defeats the purpose of an exclusive.
I sent you music, but you didn’t write anything about it. Does that mean you didn’t like it?
Maybe.
How can I find out about advertising and sponsorship opportunities and availability?
Please contact Luciano Giarrano
Where should I send a press release?
submissions@immersiveatlanta.com
Whom should I contact regarding press inquiries?

I’m a writer/photographer/producer/videographer/editor/designer and would like to contribute to Immersive Atlanta. What do I do?
Fantastic! We are always looking for passionate, talented contributors to help us document local culture. Please send an introductory email, along with a brief resume and, if possible, some links to your previous work to info@immersiveatlanta.com.
Do I need any experience?
No, only passion, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
How much do you pay?
First and foremost: you deserve to get paid for your work. It’s your job and you work hard at it and you should be compensated. With that said, at the moment we are all volunteer. Everyone who works for us – writers, producers, photographers, etc. – do so with the understanding that they are building equity in Immersive Atlanta and building something substantial so that we all profit from it in the future. We are currently in the process of preparing to seek funding (filing as LLC, fiscal sponsorship with C4, etc.), but it’s going to take some time.
