Earlier this month, AFROPUNK presented the third edition of their Carnival of Consciousness at 787 Windsor, and while the event lacked some of the organization of years past, the festival’s ability to intersect the worlds of art, politics, music, and fashion remains like little else in Atlanta. Over the course of two days, revelers from all over the city united to create an atmosphere of fearless inclusivity, while the dynamic lineup, featuring both local upstarts and nationally acclaimed artists, delivered one dazzling performance after another.
