The first annual Atlanta Music Festival has revealed its inaugural lineup with local heavyweights the Black Lips, 2$ Fabo, and Gringo Star taking top billing. The single-day fest, which was announced on Friday, will take place on Sat., Apr. 28 at the event venue at the Murphy Park Fairgrounds. Other acts included on the rock-heavy bill are MammaBear, Judah, Revel in Romance, Chelsea Shag, Cousin Dan, Midnight Larks, Rod Hamdallah, BearKnuckle, the Movement, and General Heat.

Described as an opportunity to support Atlanta music while making a difference in the city, all proceeds from the festival will go towards AMF’s monthly concerts that raise awareness and funds for local charities including H.E.R.O., Project Safe, Books For Keeps, Safehouse Outreach, and the Lifeskills Foundation. In addition to live music, food trucks will be onsite and alcohol will be available for purchase. Early admission tickets are currently on sale for $35 with VIP passes available for $60 until Mar. 1.
